About us

The BAME Coronavirus Vaccine Forum was established in December 2020 to respond to the lower take up of the Covid-19 vaccination amongst members of Black Asian and Minority Ethnic communities in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot.

The forum aims to encourage take-up of the Covid-19 vaccination by signposting to honest and accurate information from medical practitioners, faith leaders and other trusted sources, so that members of our Black Asian and Minority Ethnic communities can make informed decisions.

The forum includes faith leaders and prominent figures from Black Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot.
